Bridesmaids Robes!

I've seen a lot of brides give their Maids robes as a "thank you for being in my wedding" gift. Robes are a perfect gift, not only can your girls wear them again and again, they also make for some really cute getting ready photos. We've all seen the ever popular monogrammed robes. How about a little something different? Take a look at some of the unique robes I've found. Mix and match them to go along with each friends special personality and style!

Some great robes can be found on the following sites!

Something different; fingerprint guest books!

Looking for a unique guest book? How about a finger print poster? Each guests uses a stamp pad to put their fingerprint on. You can even have your guests write their name above or inside their print. What a fun way to involve you guests and in the end you get a personalized piece of art for your home!

Jim & Paul 5.11.12

Jim & Paul were married at a separate smaller event that we planned for them back in November. This was the much large party( aka concert reception) to celebrate with all their friends and family. We worked for over a year to plan this special day for Jim & Paul. They wanted a "club" atmosphere so we suggested The EpiCenter at the Artists for Humanity. This venue was the perfect blank canvas for us to achieve the party feel.  We brought in staging, a sound system, lighted lantern installations, stage lighting and uplighting from Frost Productions. The bar, tables, and lounge area were provided by Be Our Guest Rentals. Everything looked amazing! Exactly how we had expected! The event was catered by our favorite caterer Two Chefs Catering. The guests raved over the "upscale comfort" food, macaroni and cheese, chicken skewers, nachos, corn dogs, and meatball subs. Excellent drinks and service provided by Butlers & Bars. A photobooth was onsite by ShutterBooth Boston.  To get the crowd dancing we had the always wonderful band, Merrimack aka The Flip.  And to top off the night; Lady GaGa! Okay she was an impersonator, but she was incredible! There was one little snafu.... the fire alarm went off! It took some time and work by the Boston Fire Dept., the EpiCenter and us but it all worked out and everyone continued on with the night and such a fun party! I'm sure it'll be the topic of many laughs in the future.

Congratulations Jim & Paul!

Aly is 3!

My daughter Aly turned 3 on Cinco de Mayo so we decided to throw her a fiesta(with Dora the Explorer thrown in a bit.) I made tissue paper balls in place of typical balloons. They were a fun, festive decoration. We had a make your own taco bar, another delicious cake from Hippie Chick, and margaritas & Mexican beer for the adults. The kids got to jump around in our bouncy house, do sack races, and of course a pinata! It was a beautiful spring to celebrate Aly with our family and friends!
